Circular stone saw for masonry work with the capability for straight and 45° angle cutting. The machine features a tilting worktable up to 85°, with table rotation from 0° to 90°. The saw head tilts from 0° to 45°, non-rotating. Due to its weight (~6 tons), the machine is highly robust and stable. Straight-cut gears are used throughout the machine. The maximum saw blade diameter is 700mm. The circular saw is equipped with top-quality components from Siemens and Schneider. Operation is managed via a touchscreen and push buttons on the control panel. The main motor and axis drive motors are equipped with frequency inverters, allowing smooth speed regulation. An integrated laser can be used to set the cutting line. Hydraulic drive is featured on the Z axis. Manual limit switches are used to set end positions.

The machine can be operated either in manual or automatic mode. In manual mode, machine operation is mainly controlled via the control panel buttons. In automatic mode, it is possible to save several different cutting programs in the X axis (left-right) and Y axis (front-back).
