Aprašymas
The automatic DENN spinning machine enables spinning and flow forming operations. Both processes use precision rollers that shape the workpiece by applying pressure to a rapidly rotating part. Flow forming differs in that the part is formed through successive roller passes along the mandrel, allowing the production of parts with uniform wall thickness and a more homogenous surface finish.
The stable frame of the machine houses all essential components, each selected for their superior technical specifications. These include a durable and reliable bed, hydraulic tailstock, and a headstock with an integrated ejector for finished items. The comprehensive control system ensures full operator-machine interaction.
The NTR-130/50 spinning machine is offered with extensive equipment, including CAD/CAM software, an additional support roller, and trimming tools. The machine has only logged 1,323 operating hours since its commissioning, and its total weight is approximately 9,000 kg.
