Our mobile fine filtration unit M 130 is the flagship among mobile filter systems. Equipped with a pre-screen, a (washable) pre-filter for coarser contaminants (up to 5 µm, e.g. chips), and two C-1000 housings, this system leaves nothing to be desired when it comes to processing technical oils, water/oil, or oil/water emulsions to achieve outstanding purity levels. The pre-screen and pre-filter significantly extend the service life of your equipment and filter elements by providing two-stage pre-filtration. Oil preparation then takes place using the proven fine filter elements also used in aerospace applications. Achieve purity levels down to NAS 1 (ISO4406: 13/10/7) or better.
Areas of application: For filtering cutting oil; during initial oil filling; reconditioning of used oil; bypass filtration of hydraulic oil and lubricating oil – your machine will thank you!
