DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., having its registered office in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini St., Cluj County, fiscal code RO27987796, registry no. 2A0522, through the insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian, acting as judicial liquidator for ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. – in bankruptcy, with registered office at 6 Dumbrava Roșie St., ground floor, apt. 1, Dej, Cluj County, registered with the Cluj Trade Registry under no. J12/2389/2016, VAT code 36225390, appointed by Civil Ruling no. 1278 of 03.07.2025 delivered by the Specialized Tribunal Cluj in file no. 442/1285/2025,

organizes a public auction with ascending price, for the sale of the asset identified in this announcement. The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at the DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. office in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini St., Cluj County. In case the asset is not sold, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, and 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For asset viewing, the judicial liquidator will set a viewing day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00 and 14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and express their intention to participate prior to the set date.

In case of a successful sale, the judicial liquidator will issue a tax invoice for the acquired assets. Conversion of the price into RON will be made on the date of the invoice, using the exchange rate established by the National Bank of Romania on that date.
The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The tender dossier for auction participation will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with industry practices, will contain the auction participation rules, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 RON + VAT. It can be acquired from the office of the judicial liquidator or by phone, following which it will be sent to the participant by e-mail.
The participation guarantee for the auction is 10% of the starting price. This, along with the registration documents, must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the auction date at the liquidator’s office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the asset price for the successful bidder and refunded to those who are not declared winners.

In case of equal offers, the bidder committing to pay the full price in the shortest term will be declared the winner.

The payment term for the price is 5 working days from the adjudication date. Should the remaining price not be paid, the successful bidder will forfeit the guarantee and will not be allowed to participate in subsequent auctions.
