The chip conveyor is a standalone unit designed to continuously and reliably transport short, broken metal chips from the working area of the machine tool into a collection container, while simultaneously separating the metal chips from the coolant. This ensures more efficient production processes, improved dimensional accuracy of the workpieces, and extended coolant service life.

The chip conveyor consists of a metal housing with a centrally positioned chain strand and carriers; it is driven by a 230 V three-phase gear motor, which can be connected to your machine tool via a plug connector.
