APPLICATIONS
The single-shaft shredders of the Q-Series are suitable for processing almost all types of plastics. The machines efficiently shred production waste, pipes, automotive parts, blow-moulded materials such as PET bottles, PE/PP bottles, containers, or buckets. In addition, materials like wood, paper, and cardboard can also be shredded without any issues.

The Q-Series consists of single-shaft shredders equipped with a powerful, slanted hydraulic horizontal pusher. These machines are highly versatile and can be used for shredding all kinds of materials, making them suitable for various industries. The rotors have a diameter of 400 mm and a width ranging from 600 to 1700 mm, driven by a low-speed, high-torque gearbox.
The hydraulic unit is well-integrated into the machine frame, saving space and protecting it from damage while remaining easily accessible or removable for maintenance purposes.

ADVANTAGES
» The cutting crowns are concavely ground square knives, ensuring high-quality performance. The knives can be rotated once a side is worn.
» Easily removable screen allows quick access to the rotor and facilitates screen changes.
