is organizing a public auction with ascending bids for the individual sale of the asset identified in this announcement.

The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at the premises of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj county. If not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

To view the assets, the liquidator will arrange a viewing day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00 and 14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the liquidator in advance to express their intention to participate.

Upon award, the judicial liquidator will issue the tax invoice for the value of the awarded assets. The price conversion into RON will be made at the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) on the date the invoice is issued.

The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The tender documentation required to participate in the auction will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with industry standards, will include the auction participation rules, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 RON + VAT for assets valued up to 5,000 EUR, and 1,000 RON + VAT for assets above 5,000 EUR. The documentation can be acquired at the liquidator’s office or by phone and will be sent by email to the participant.

The participation guarantee will be set at 10% of the starting price. This, together with the required auction registration documentation, must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the auction date at the judicial liquidator’s office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the asset for which the bidder was declared the winner, and will be returned to those who were not.

In the event of equal highest bids, the winner will be the bidder who undertakes to pay the full price in the shortest term.

The payment deadline is 5 working days from the award date. If the remaining amount is not paid, the winner will forfeit the guarantee and will not be permitted to take part in subsequent auctions organized for the asset.
