Construction and Technology:

The ZX7045 B1L drill-milling machine has been engineered as a compact yet fully industrial-grade milling machine for metal. The massive base and body are made of cast iron to provide high structural rigidity. Its cross table, measuring 1000 x 240 mm, features a precision-ground work surface for accurate clamping of workpieces.

The standard MT4 spindle allows for a wide range of tool compatibility – end mills, face milling cutters, and MT drill bits. The 1.8 kW (2.5 HP) motor, powered at 400 V, ensures stable operation even with larger milling diameters.

With X/Y/Z axis travels of 560/190/430 mm, the drill-milling machine can perform a wide variety of operations: drilling up to 32 mm in steel and 45 mm in cast, face milling up to 80 mm, and end milling up to 28 mm. Adjustable quill feed rates (0.12; 0.18; 0.25 mm/rev) allow for parameter adjustment to suit the material and quality requirements.
