Construction and technology

The design of the CORMAK WS32BGP pillar drill is based on a solid 100 mm diameter column and a heavy base ensuring rigidity and stable operation. Headstock, column, and table are made from high-grade cast iron. The spindle is mounted on precision bearings and features a Morse taper MK3. Gear shafts are manufactured from case-hardened, heat-treated steel for outstanding durability of the entire drive system. Operator safety is enhanced by a U-type spindle guard with limit switch and a V-belt drive guard with safety interlock.

Thanks to automatic feed and a wide spindle speed range, this machine delivers exceptional drilling accuracy and repeatability. The high-quality control panel and built-in LED lamp ensure intuitive operation and work comfort even in poorly lit areas.
