An electric tapping machine is a compact and efficient device designed for threading, used in both large manufacturing plants and smaller workshops. Thanks to its high-torque servomotor and swiveling head, it enables rapid and precise thread cutting. Equipped with a cooling system featuring air blast, the tapper provides optimal visibility of the drilled hole. The tapping arm offers 2 operating modes: automatic and manual, as well as a tightening function.

Description of the RGE16PW tapping machine

The electric tapping machine is a versatile threading device, suitable for use in both large industrial facilities and small workshops. Its main advantage lies in reducing threading operation time, making the process significantly more efficient.

The tapper features a simple and compact design with a swiveling head, increasing its range of applications. The machine is driven by a high-torque servomotor, ensuring powerful and reliable performance. For user operation, the tapping arm is equipped with a touchscreen control panel with a Polish-language menu. This intuitive panel allows easy programming of threading parameters such as spindle speed, threading direction, and thread cutting depth.

The standard equipment for the tapper includes a micro-lubrication system, providing continuous cooling with minimal lubricant consumption. Additionally, the device is equipped with a chip blower to clear swarf, ensuring optimal visibility of the working hole.

The tapping arm comes with a quick-change holder, allowing fast and easy clamping of taps for both through and blind holes. Furthermore, the machine is equipped with a rotating motor assembly, enabling thread cutting at any angle from 0° to 90°. Compared to manual threading, the tapper offers greater accuracy and ensures reliable perpendicular (90°) threading.

Tap collets are fitted with adjustable torque limiters. The clutches in the collets are pre-set to standard torque values for specific tap sizes, but these settings can be adjusted using the special wrench supplied in the kit. The machine also includes a wide-reach rotary arm for convenient positioning of the tap on the workpiece, ensuring precise and effective threading. It is suitable for threading a variety of materials, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals.
