The vice is made of high-grade cast iron. Thanks to its precision guidance, the rotary and tilting machine vice is applicable in the field of precision mechanics. The rotating base allows angle adjustment in the horizontal plane by 360 degrees and in the vertical plane by 90 degrees. The jaw inserts are made of hardened tool steel (55±3 HRC) and are precisely ground.

The rotary base can be dismounted.

When replacing the jaw inserts, the working surfaces connecting with the vice must be machined to obtain the accuracy parameters specified in the technical documentation.
