Industrial Metal Lathe CORMAK GOLIAT 660 x 4000 mm – robust cast iron bed construction, equipped with a 12-speed gearbox and a powerful 7.5 kW / 400V induction motor – maximum torque and large spindle bore of 105 mm.

Main Features:

- Central feed shifting system, equipped with leadscrew and feed shaft for threading.
- Digital readout operates on three axes: longitudinal, cross, and top slide. The processed electronic signal from optical scales visualizes movement values along the axes on the digital display.
- The lathe is fitted with a high-quality, reinforced spindle bearing system. The main spindle uses modern ball bearings.
- Optimum performance is ensured by a large spindle bore of 105 mm, 4000 mm centre distance, 320 mm three-jaw chuck, and a powerful 7.5 kW motor.
- The rapid longitudinal and cross feed system significantly reduces machining time and increases productivity.
- Hardened and ground gears in the headstock ensure long-term operational stability.
- Equipped with leadscrew and feed shaft for thread cutting, automatic longitudinal and cross feeds.
- Easy adjustment of spindle speed and automatic feed from ergonomic control panel on the gearbox.
- Wide threading range without the need to change gears in the quick-change gearbox. Extensive threading range: metric (22) 1 – 14 mm, imperial (25) 2-28 TPI, module (18) 0.5-7 M.P., DP (24) 4-56 D.P. Capable of cutting right and left-hand threads.
- Threading dial for precise thread pitch counting. This function saves time, enabling rapid disengagement of the leadscrew nut to quickly return the carriage to its original position by hand in several passes.
- The bed is fitted with a removable gap bridge for turning large workpieces such as discs. This lathe model allows machining of up to 870 mm maximum diameter with the gap bridge removed.
