CORMAK CL series pulsed cleaning lasers are industrial devices designed for fast, precise, and contactless removal of contaminants from metal, non-metal, and wooden surfaces. Depending on application needs, three power variants are available – CL200, CL300, and CL500 – all based on pulsed JPT MOPA fiber sources, ensuring high process stability, a broad range of parameter adjustments, and compatibility with both delicate details and more demanding surfaces.

CORMAK cleaning lasers effectively remove rust, paint coatings, lacquers, operational deposits, oxides, oil residues, resins, and other tough contaminants. With adjustable pulse energy, frequency, and duration, the process can be tailored for both precision, selective cleaning of molds, dies, tools, and precision parts as well as for efficient preparation of larger surfaces for further processes (welding, painting, bonding). The non-contact nature of operation minimizes the risk of mechanical damage, microcracks, or substrate deformation.

Utilizing JPT sources in MOPA mode provides a wide range of frequency and pulse width adjustments, allowing for optimal energy density matching to contaminant type and base material. The long fiber optic cable increases freedom of operation at greater distances from the main unit, which is highly valued by users working on large structures, production lines, or components mounted in place (steel structures, molds, facades, machine parts). All models operate with a wavelength of 1064 nm, guaranteeing high efficiency on typical industrial materials—structural steels, stainless steels, aluminum alloys, and many other technical substrates.

The CL series units are air-cooled and require neither process gases nor abrasives, simplifying installation, reducing operating costs, and making the cleaning process more environmentally friendly. High scanning speeds and adjustable beam parameters shorten processing times compared to traditional methods such as sandblasting, shot blasting, or chemical cleaning, while ensuring repeatable results and a high-quality surface finish post-cleaning.
