COMPex excimer lasers are highly efficient light sources, featuring a compact design, easy installation, and straightforward operation. They deliver outstanding results for demanding applications such as solid sampling systems (LA-ICP-MS), materials research (PLD), and precision material processing.

With ceramic preionization, the COMPex provides output power in the hundreds of millijoules range, along with unmatched pulse-to-pulse stability.
The COMPex also comes equipped with an enhanced gas processor, which extends both the gas and optics service life.
