Completely overhauled, high-quality flatbed die-cutting machine from Italy, equipped with Spiess feeder, steel feeder plate with lateral adjustment, left and right pull lay (Spiess), double sheet detection, moving upper platen (WUPA system or Kama) with central pressure adjustment similar to KAMA, but featuring the conventional intermittent gripper bar feed system with closing top grippers. In other words: the sheet travels almost in a straight path through the machine; therefore, this machine is particularly well suited for lighter paper and board grades, making it an excellent intermediate step between a Heidelberg SBD and a medium-sized 40" die-cutter like those from Bobst. No blanking section, sheets are delivered directly onto pallet output after die-cutting. The delivery includes forks to handle small format pallets.

Guaranteed pressing force is 200 tons.
Stroke of the moving upper platen is 48 mm.
Hardened die plate and make-ready plate.
This machine has low operating hours and is in excellent condition. We have carried out modifications to further enhance ergonomics and operational reliability.

The machine can be tested at our facility, and can be supplied with installation and warranty. The asking price reflects this.
