The complete overhaul to CE standards includes:

- Cleaning of bed and all components
- Complete grinding of the central unit and ram
- Grinding of lower, upper, and lateral gibs
- Adjustment of ram and gibs by scraping
- Grinding of bushings and wedge attachment
- Fabrication of new keys for gears and drive/extraction shaft bushings
- Adjustment of the entire knee-joint assembly, including connecting rod, with replacement of bronze bushes or chroming and grinding of crankshaft
- Replacement of all bearings: drive shaft, extraction shaft, crankshaft, wire feed unit, wire feed drive unit, and ram
- New die holder
- New tool holders for initial forming and finishing
- New gripper unit
- Replacement of square nuts and cutting steady rest
- Disassembly and replacement of rollers and bearings on cutting levers, rotation levers, gripper levers, extraction levers, and wire feed levers
- Replacement of all pins
- Replacement of freewheel clutch
- Double Ringspann modification for precise feed
- Adjustment and new shimming of levers and bevel gears
- Replacement of the lubrication system as per original (electropumps, pressure switch, flow switch, distributors, pipes, and fittings)
- New recirculating pump for rollers
- KW... motor complete with motor mounting plate, brake disc with pulley, A2N or A3N or MPA brake, brake bracket, PEV ¼, FRL 3/8, and air system for brake
