Used Buhler (CH) mixer, model SPM-50-HT, equipped with a butterfly (tri-foil) agitator. Designed for vacuum operation. Product-contact surfaces made of stainless steel. The agitator shaft is approximately 1750 mm long, fitted with a three-blade butterfly agitator with an external diameter of 1040 mm. The agitator is fitted with a lid mounted on two pneumatic cylinders. The lid has a diameter of 1100 mm, with a lift range of up to 500 mm. The agitator is belt-driven by a 45 kW, 1470 rpm, 380/660 V, 50 Hz electric motor. The mixer can be hydraulically raised by about 90 cm. The machine is equipped with a local Siemens control panel with a touchscreen, as well as an electrical cabinet. The mixer also features a hydraulically operated tank clamping station. The pressure in the vessel with the mixed product can reach 0.3 bar. The machine was previously used for paint production. Vessel not included.
