This process plant is designed for the production of creams, ointments, gels, pastes, lotions, suppository masses, etc., with a useful capacity of 100 liters. The total volume with the vessel closed is 123 liters, and the minimum fill volume is 35 liters.

The system consists of a completely enclosed stainless steel vessel with a double jacket that can be heated or cooled with electricity/water, and a vessel lid with integrated mixing units and drives. The mixing vessel is mounted on three casters for mobility and can be rolled out for filling or cleaning.

The lid is mounted on a lifting column for hydraulic raising and lowering, facilitating cleaning and emptying, and is equipped with an observation window as well as two filling nozzles with valves. These nozzles can also be used to add other product components. Additionally, there is an adjustment device for setting the grinding gap of the colloid mill.
