Blobel spill barrier, swivel-mounted on one side

The ideal solution for securing the area around lifting platforms or dock levellers.

The barrier is permanently installed and swivels on one side. It is easy to operate, has a wide range of applications, and can be flexibly converted from manual to automatic operation.

The rotating and clamping mechanism is permanently mounted next to the opening to be secured and sealed against the structure. The barrier arm is bolted into the hinge and remains in an upright position beside the opening when not in use. It is secured against accidental lowering in accordance with accident prevention regulations (UVV).

For use, the safety lock is released, the spill barrier is folded down, and locked into the clamping mechanism. The contact pressure of the clamping lever is adjustable, ensuring a safe seal.

In the standard version, the barrier arm is operated manually, but automatic operation can be retrofitted.

Mounts and barrier arms are powder-coated in RAL 3020 (traffic red) as standard. All other metal components are zinc-plated or made from aluminium.

Suitable for crack-free surfaces with minimal floor unevenness, such as concrete, checker plate and tear plate to DIN 59220, tiles or stone.
