BLM LC5

The BLM LC5 FIBER COMBO laser for cutting sheet metal, tubes, and profiles using 2D Fiber technology was manufactured in Italy in 2016 (laser installation: 2017). The laser features a transverse exchange table and is equipped with a module for cutting tubes and profiles. It is also fitted with a profile feeder and receiving table. The system operates in fully automatic mode, meaning the operator’s role is limited to loading a bundle of profiles onto the feeder and collecting finished parts from the unloading table conveyor. The machine is engineered to optimize the nesting of parts on a single profile after prior measurement. The LC5 enables cutting both tubes and sheets on a single platform, offering a unique solution that guarantees dual capacity in one machine—unmatched in the market. The laser is capable of processing materials such as steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, and aluminum, delivering high-quality and efficient cutting of both small and large material formats.
