BITZER CO2 installation & cold room

CO₂ installation and cold storage room in excellent condition, year of manufacture 2021. Cold room temperature approx. +4°C and an evaporation temperature of -8°C. The installation comprises the following:

One cold storage cell with a panel thickness of 100 mm and an insulation value of RC 5.21. Additionally, the cold room is equipped with an electric sliding door and 3 Bachara MGS 450/CO2 gas detectors: one for the machine unit and two for inside the cold room. The cold room temperature is approx. +4°C.

Advansor MiniBooster 2x1 unit complete with one low-temperature Bitzer 2HSL-3K-40S & two medium-temperature Bitzer 4KTE-10K-40S semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors, Klimal RCO 273.108.53.80+WT 17.19 liquid receiver, 2 Danfoss VLT drives, and a Danfoss MMI control display. Dimensions: 1,000 x 800 x 2,200 mm (LxWxH); Weight: 820 kg. The low-temperature circuit is not in use in this installation, but the option is available.

Delta FMT-7028 (x4) evaporators with a capacity of 6.3 kW each. Each evaporator features 2 fans with a diameter of 350 mm and an air flow rate of 3,000 m³/h. Dimensions: 1,370 x 470 x 465 mm (LxWxH).

Eco KCE62M6V.4314 gas cooler with 2 EBM-Papst A3G630-AR85-90 fans – 50/60 Hz – 0.97 kW – 1,140 RPM – diameter 630 mm. The gas cooler has a capacity of 50 kW. Weight: 250 kg.
