We purchased the machine directly from the manufacturer, and it has been fully serviced and maintained by professional technicians from BigRep GmbH to ensure it is in excellent condition for the new owner. The only issue, as visible in the photos, is the pane of the left door, which we had to replace due to accidental damage. However, this is purely a visual blemish and does not impact the functionality of the machine in any way. The rest of the unit is still wrapped in the manufacturer’s protective film, as can clearly be seen – essentially in factory-new condition.
