Description:
The 1/BM grinding machine is capable of grinding standard twist drills, diamond and Avyac drills with any desired drill angle, taps, end mills, step drills, reamers, and center drills, and can be used to produce step drills as well. It also allows for the regrinding of most tools found in a workshop. Thanks to its simple operation, there is no need for specially trained personnel.

All 1/BM models consist of a cross-shaped head, which houses the grinding unit and a swiveling head with a tool spindle, as well as a flag-like device for web thinning of drills. The swiveling head is equipped with a six-way chuck that, together with the positioning plate, guarantees easy and precise clamping of the tool to be ground at all times. It can be rotated in such a way that drills with any desired angle can be produced; additionally, its cam mechanism allows machining of tools with up to twelve cutting edges (six with the supplied cams). Includes coolant system.
