Construction of the WOOD-TOOL-GRINDER "WTG-1"

The WTG is powered by a powerful 500-watt motor. The guide carriage features a dust-protected, high-precision, ball-bearing profile rail guide, as used thousands of times in machine tools, industrial robots, and precision special-purpose machines. The stepless grinding feed is implemented via an accurate, self-locking dovetail mechanism. The tool is clamped securely and stably using a parallel clamping system.
