Construction details of the “WTG-1” woodworking tool grinder

The WTG is powered by a robust 500-watt motor.
A dust-protected, high-precision linear guide with ball bearings serves as the carriage—commonly used in machine tools, industrial robots, and special precision machinery.
The stepless grinding advance is precisely and self-lockingly controlled by a dovetail guide.
Secure and stable tool clamping is ensured by a parallel clamping system.
