The Baumer ISM Vertical Foam Saw (model IS-M) is a high-precision automatic foam cutting machine manufactured by Albrecht Bäumer (Germany). High-precision circulating band knife (width 6 to 20 mm) – available smooth, toothed, or set (wavy) blade for rigid or insulation foams.
Cutting possible in both directions to minimize production time.
Motorized right-hand side stop + foldable left-hand side stop (to facilitate loading).
Anodized aluminum worktable with optional air cushion system.
Automatic motor-driven sharpening unit + pneumatic blade tensioning.
