Two independently operated heavy-duty transport carts (A and B) for loads up to 35t. Each transporter is supported by four pivoting heavy-duty wheels and two omnidirectional drive wheels (allowing movement in any direction). The drive wheels are pneumatically pressed against the ground to ensure optimal traction. By rotating the two drive wheels, various drive modes of the transporters are activated. This results in a highly flexible transporter capable of moving longitudinally, transversely, or rotating on the spot.

Each transporter is equipped with a 35-ton lifting table. The table’s contact surfaces feature cooling fins to dissipate heat emitted by the pallet (useful when transporting hot or warm material). The lifting system is powered by a central motor, with power transmission through two gearboxes and axles running through the frame. These axles drive four shafts at the corners of the transporter. Depending on the goods being moved, additional fixtures supported by the lifting system may be installed.

The entire system is protected by aluminium covers, each individually numbered for easy reinstallation after maintenance.

The conveyors are designed to handle a maximum load of 35 tons at a top speed of 1.5 km/h in manual mode and 1 km/h in semi-automatic mode. Speed can be continuously adjusted via manual joystick controls. Unloaded and in manual mode, the transporters reach up to 2.5 km/h; in semi-automatic mode, speed is limited to 1.5 km/h.
