VERTICAL HYDRAULIC BALER MG 50 TVE
Vertical hydraulic baler model MG 50 T.V.E. 1200x1100x3500h suitable for compacting and forming bales from soft material waste such as glass wool mats or similar products.
The MG 50 T.V.E. model features a fully enclosed compaction chamber. The loading door for the material and the bale ejection door can both be opened. The control panel is mounted on the side with integrated controls, and comes equipped with a 10-meter extension to allow remote positioning away from the compactor. The pressing plate is driven by a single cylinder with a 2700mm stroke and guided by 4 lateral sliding rails. Material loading is performed frontally.
The compaction cycle (compactor down/up movement) is automatic and push-button operated.
- For transport, the machine is built in three sections: one 2000 mm high, one roughly 2300 mm, and the cylinder, which is installed on site.
- Bale tying is preset and performed with the doors open. Tying is completed manually, using slots at the rear of the chamber. Bales can be tied using standard pre-cut iron wire or strapping.
- Bale removal is performed with a forklift; dedicated channels at the base allow the forklift forks to be inserted.
- The bale ejection door is closed with a handwheel, ensuring safe opening even with highly elastic materials; a microswitch guarantees the door is securely closed for pressing. The upper door has a hydraulic lever lock with controls on the machine.
- It can be installed against a wall. Only front clearance is required for material loading and bale removal.
- The hydraulic system is equipped with a safety block valve to prevent the pressing plate from dropping.
- The machine must be anchored to the floor. It is positioned above a washing liquid collection tray.
