General Features

Haul-Off System:
- Belt type
- Contact length: 500 mm (special PU coating)
- Contact width: 80 mm
- Haul-off motor power: 2 pcs EMF Torque motors (one for each belt)
- Working range: 5–90 mm
- Operating speed: 60 m/min (adjustable as required)
- Cutter motor power: 1 kW (Siemens V90 series servo motor and Siemens servo driver)
- The working range can be adjusted to the material thickness
- The lower and upper belts are individually controlled via torque motors and run synchronously; there are no belt pulleys for drive – each belt is driven separately by its own torque motor
- SICK brand 1024-pulse encoder for line speed control
- Lower conveyor is fixed; upper conveyor is movable
- Pulling belts are coated with LINATEX rubber material
- Haul-off unit is PLC-controlled
- Circular saw’s servo motor: PLC-controlled Siemens V series, 1 kW
- Water tank knife covers (upper/lower) are made entirely of stainless steel
- Cutting accuracy: ± max. 2 mm
- Haul-off and cutting blade housing covers are equipped with Pilz safety magnetic door sensors
- Pilz safety relay is standard in the electrical control panel
- Electrical control panel built to Category 4 safety standards
