PAFIX Thread Cutting Head for CNC Machines
- The PAFIX CNC head is specifically developed for all machines with programmable forward and reverse movements to the tool holder (turret, spindle, etc.).
- It is extremely compact and comes with a positive-engagement disengagement clutch, which can be set to three different extraction lengths as needed.
- The head can be programmed for two different threading cycles. Both cycles provide axial float for lead compensation.
- To ensure flawless thread cutting with a precise starting point and accurate thread depth or length, a spring-loaded lead adjustment or an overload slip clutch has been purposely omitted.
- The PAFIX CNC enables quick changeover from threading head to cutting head by simply unscrewing the clamping nut and replacing it with the cutting head housing.
