The only manual intervention required is attaching and cutting the film. All other processes are automated. With a weight of 700 kg, this model is engineered for loads up to 2,000 kg. The KVK 2 (MA) comes standard with a 1,650 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2,400 mm in height. Both the turntable and film carriage speeds are adjustable, and the finely adjustable electromagnetic brake—controlled via potentiometer—allows you to perfectly adapt the wrapping process to your product. Automatic pallet detection (via photocell), as well as adjustable top and bottom wrap cycles, are standard features. The machine offers multiple wrapping programs, including 'up only,' 'up and down' (cross wrapping), and 'weatherproof' modes. Manual operation is also possible if required. If you need to relocate the wrapper, it can be easily lifted and moved using a forklift thanks to integrated fork slots. Optional features include a suitable ramp, a special photocell for detecting dark packages or black film, larger turntables of up to 2,200 mm in diameter, and taller masts for wrapping heights of up to 3,200 mm.
