This setup covers the critical steps that typically define semi-moist product quality and handling: stable solids feeding into extrusion, controlled shaping and cutting, and staged cooling to help stabilize texture and reduce sticking/deformation before packing or further processing. The extruder is twin-screw and has been used to produce up to 150 kg/h depending on recipe and configuration.
