- The SO EASY saw enables a fully automatic cutting cycle without constant operator attendance, thanks to the hydraulic control system for lowering the saw frame
- Hydraulic vice
- Limit switch for setting the saw frame return directly above the material to be cut
- Selector switch for switching to MANUAL cutting mode, with button for quick access to the material to be cut
- Central operator panel on the front of the machine with illuminated alarm system
- Automation is controlled via a safety relay
- High-efficiency hydraulic pump and low energy consumption
- Practical and reliable for all cutting requirements of medium-sized ferrous materials
- Large round “plateau” work table rotates with the saw band for mitre cuts, ensuring excellent support for the material being cut. This system prevents the saw band from cutting into the work table, as can occur with conventional band saws.
- Heavy-duty cast iron vice with handwheel and quick-release lever
- Vice equipped with an ergonomic handle for rapid movement, mounted on a rail for lateral travel
- Cutting angles from 0° to 60° to the right and 45° to the left
- Saw band speed adjustable with 2 electric settings
